Shipping and delivery policy

• Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground or Priority Mail and will be processed within 12 hours.
• Expedited shipments available upon request.
• Time in transit varies between 3-5 days for smaller packages, large items shipped via a freight company may take up to 10 days to arrive.
• When selecting expedited shipping methods, please keep in mind that we will make every effort to ship orders the same day they are made, however, depending on the time the order is placed it may not ship until the following day. Additionally, UPS does not include weekends on their guaranteed delivery service, so if for example you placed an order on a Friday morning and selected "next day air", you would not receive your order until Monday.

Damaged shipment

• Please inspect you package upon receipt, if there is any visible damage you should refuse the order and contact us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to re-ship your order or cancel it upon your request.

 

Standard return policy

• General merchandise return requests will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please email sales2@mhparts.comfor instructions.
• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid
• A full refund for the original cost of the merchandise (less shipping) will be issued once we have received and inspected the merchandise for any damage.
• There are no returns or exchanges on electrical parts or components
